From sign-up to the first rent receipt

For property owners
You create your own account. Each step needs the one before it; your tenants come in at step four.
- 1
Register
Enter your name, email and mobile number, or continue with Google, and pick the plan you want. Every account starts on Free — a paid plan is paid for once your account is set up.

- 2
Set your password
Open the one-time link we email you, choose a password, and finish your profile. The link works once, so nobody else can use it.
- 3
Add your property and units
Name the property and add each unit with its rent and deposit — a building of rooms, a row of houses, or bedspaces in a unit.
- 4
Create the lease and invite your tenant
Enter the terms you agreed. Your tenant receives a private invitation for that exact unit and lease, reviews the terms, and accepts.

Run the month from one record
Tenants upload rent proof and you confirm it or return it with a reason. Publish utility bills with the original attached, and follow repairs from report to resolved.
For tenants
There is no public tenant sign-up. Every tenant account starts from an invitation to a real tenancy its owner created.
- 1
Receive a private invitation
It names the property, the unit and the lease — sent by the owner, never found by searching.
- 2
Review the terms and accept
Finish setting up the account, then accept the invitation, or decline it.
- 3
See what is due
Rent schedules, utility shares, checklists and tenancy notifications in one place.
- 4
Pay, upload, report
Attach payment proof and report a repair with photos, straight from your phone.
Keep it one tap away
Add Leasential to your phone’s home screen and it opens like any other app — for you and your tenants.
Your first property takes minutes.
Register, then use the private email link to set up your first property. Your tenants join by invitation.
